I am very passionate about helping super busy people to find the time for wellness, personal growth and self-care. I love to combine the practices of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki and Personal Development and growth to find balance in life. I've been in the wellness and self-development industry for five years. I love my connections with my clients. I have different communities, and most clients and students are dedicated to attending my classes. I love supporting my client's journey. Many of my clients find the quality of life by practicing yoga, meditation, and Reiki.
