Aan de zijde van Daan Jacobs bouw ik mee aan de toekomst van Taotraining, de mysterieschool die door Reinoud Eleveld is opgericht en tot leven is gekomen. In mijn rol ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de operationele domeinen. Ook ben ik intensief betrokken bij vernieuwingsprojecten en verzorg ik inhoudelijke begeleiding van de trainingsdeelnemers die het Taotraining jaarprogramma volgen.

Applying my well developed training skills to my passion for Taoist training practices, I facilitate groups training and individual coaching. The programs bring an incredibly rich toolset, that amongst many other benefits helps to permanently live with less stress, gain vitality and grow Wisdom as a power in your consciousness. I am affiliated to the Dutch mystery school Tao Training.

Together with my colleagues Stefan and Karine I share the daily operational and strategic responsibility of our Dutch Consultancy and Training company, consisting of about 50 highly experiences change experts. My focus is on optimizing the financial processes, our organizational model and our sales and acquisition strategy.

Coachen en begeleiden van teammanagers en hun medewerkers bij de implementatie van continue verbetering.

As one of two members of the PMO for the Customer Excellence IT Program, I am responsible for, amongst other things, reporting on the Program status towards IT management, supporting teams on content, tools, recruitment, etc. and managing the daily activities of the Program board.

As a trainee at ORMIT I get to work on challenging and diverse assignments at large Dutch companies. On top of this ORMIT facilitates my personal development through excellent coaching and a strong and extensive training program. Some examples of training topics are Prince2, MBTI, Lean, Effective Teams, Dealing with difficult situation and Negotiating & Influencing.

As project leader I organized the GSM Retourplan Weken to promote the GSM Retourplan Foundation. I was responsible for creating and executing the communication plan as well as for involving all partner organizations (e.g. PostNL, Tele2, TMobile) in my activities.. The foundation's aim is to collect as many unused mobile phones as possible. 100% of the proceeds go to charities (War Child and the World Food Programme).

This foundation aims to apply government funding to reduce the rent for all inhabitants of Nijmegen and surrounding villages. The board checks on the work of it's paid employee(s) and makes strategic decisions for the foundation. As treasurer I do the bookkeeping for the foundation and help the employee(s) with making financial decisions.

VDL Enabling Technologies Group is a tier-one contract manufacturing partner, delivering high tech capital equipment to leading OEM companies and users of advanced production lines. Currently VDL ETG is increasingly undertaking development activities, supporting the manufacturing chain. New products are introduces by means of development projects. Those development projects require excellent planning and control in order not to disrupt the series production in the manufacturing plants. As assistant to the Project Management team I contribute to the quality of Project Management, focussing on learning, template development and back-office support of Project Managers.

Together with one colleague I was responsible for organizing training, knowledge sharing and policy making among the 13 Dutch University Councils.

Together with the ITER-NL industry team I am developing a strategy on how to best connect Dutch industry to the ITER (nucleair fusion) project in France.Relevant issues are connecting Dutch industry to European partners and efficiently providing Dutch industry with the information they need to particpate in ITER tender procedures.

I trained students and school kids on topics such as presentation skills, negotiation skills, time management and on the content of Dutch student participation in the governance of educational institutes.

The SMCR organizes study trips and exchange weeks for students in Physics at the Radboud University Nijmegen. I have used my experience as member of the committee that organized the 2005 trip to South Africa to help other committees with their work.

As coördinator I was one of the two persons running this organization. LOF is the national deliberation of student factions in student councils of the Dutch universities. Our main work was the organization of monthly meetings for students from all those student councils and providing them and their colleagues with training events. Also, we supplied the national student union, LSVb, with advise and information on issues related to student participation at Dutch universities.

The first year, 2006-2007, I was chairman of the student council. I presided over meetings with the council, the universities employee representation and the board of the university and, together with two board members, I lead the student council. The second year I was one of the 10 students on the council that are not members of the council's board.

Aside from participating in the board I was responsible for keeping the associations books, reporting on the financial status and supervising spending in several committees.
