Crispin was a Senior Engineering Project Manager for LG Fuel Cell Systems (LGFCS). He was responsible for managing the technical roadmap and design for a first-of-a-kind hybrid 250 KW stand alone solid oxide fuel cell product demonstrator that produced power from pipeline natural gas and fed it to the local utility grid. In addition he was the Principle Investigator on a number of Department of Energy contracts that supported the technology development and system fabrication and operation with a total value of approximately $18M. LGFCS had approximately 100 employees, most of whom worked on this program. He has proven abilities to assist companies or institutions in organizing and integrating their technology roadmap and product development plan with efficient use of resources.

Development leader overseeing the design and integration of fuel processor and desulfurization subsystems. His responsibilities included design, fabrication, controls, system integration, safety, hazard and operability analysis and packaging. Led development of test and demonstration systems for fuel processor and fuel cell systems included test rigs and standalone demonstration system for large commercial applications.
