-Full responsibility and accountability for financial control of a growing company-Part of senior management team, working directly with company directors-Managing staff of 8 in the finance & IT departments-Liaising with HMRC, auditors, banks, solicitors and relevant regulatory bodies-Implementation of new processes to improve efficiencies-Providing advice on company and accounting policies-Budgeting, forecasting and project modelling as required-Creating, monitoring and managing KPIs for all areas of the business-Recommending and applying IT strategy to incorporate companies growth

- Responsible for the financial management of the company (£12m revenue).- Managing the finance team of up to seven staff, including IT department.- Appraising investment projects in conjunction with business development and operational managers in order to develop most profitable long term scenarios for the company.- Core team member in introduction of ‘Integrated Management Systems’ for International standards accreditation from software selection to training, implementation and maintenance.- Managing cash flow and capital requirements.- Assist in complex contract negotiations with suppliers and customers.- Provide financial advice and guidance to operational managers.- Develop and promote Key Performance Indicators to improve focus of managers.
