Appointed to lead the data programme following the acquisition of a specialist bank, I ensured uninterrupted regulatory reporting, business intelligence, and management information functions. I led post-acquisition data integration with a substantial budget whilst maintaining critical regulatory and business functions. Additionally, realigned data warehousing, enhancing business intelligence, self-service, and data insights, and designed business data traceability across organisations for improved transparency and accessibility.

Appointed to lead the bank through FCA attestation and public launch, I oversaw substantial P&L and budget, serving on the Executive Committee and Risk and Operational committees.
