I started my career in publishing and then advertising – two industries hugely disrupted as they transitioned to digital in the 1980s and early 1990s. Leading this business process and technology transformation ignited my passion for technology and innovation. After a decade in publishing and advertising, I built my digital, technology and IT career. Initially at BHP, where I led the company’s first online program, and then at Telstra, where I was privileged to lead some incredible teams driving digital, media, broadband, enterprise, voice, video, IoT, cyber security, mobility and transformation. My experience leading Technology Transformation and then leading the IT and Networks Systems team and then stepping in as CIO at NBN provided me the opportunity to build high performing teams with brilliant culture.At VicRoads I have the privilege of leading an amazing technology team that are modernising our technology and deliver digital drivers licences. I love to travel and have worked closely with teams and technology partners all over the world. This has given me an international perspective, a wealth of experiences and a diverse professional network of incredible people that I am proud to have had the opportunity to work and connect with.
