I was responsible for the marketing launch of DLR Analytics. Achieved 50% market penetration in one year. Won prestigious Central Banking Award.• With the Institute of Actuaries initiative, I developed business development strategy, including launching a new product that achieved 300% of target. I also trained and developed staff while designing and rolling out tone of voice training for staff. Finally, I increased registrations for entry exams with 149% achieved.• For a BPO company, I delivered structure and rigour to marketing initiatives by planning marketing strategy for HR services business after reviewing, implementing, and testing the strategies.• The Hay Group project required me to translate new business strategy into a marketing plan while serving as acting CMO for 13 months, leading an international team of 130 Marketers across HQ & 49 countries. I also implemented a new tone of voice with a roll out to 3,500 employees, brand refresh, brand centre, brand behaviours, and value propositions. Next, I built a new content development team to support new thought leadership strategy. Last, I led projects for CRM implementation, new website, and brand refresh.• For a property services client, I drove revenue for one of the group’s internet sites with declining numbers by developing and implementing a new sales and marketing strategy and within six months the site had recovered its previous loss of sales and YoY increased sales by 15%.http://www.chiswickmarketing.com
