Sr. Product And Personalization Team Manager - Global Channels, Paid Ads, Journeys And Automation
CurrentServe as our organization's Sr. Product Manager over all outbound marketing channels, and strategic lead over targeting, personalization, testing and messaging. Manage a team of Channel Managers over WhatsApp (Latin America), SMS (US), Email (global), and Web/App notifications to reach and engage our millions of global patrons in their preferred channels. Partner with our Engineering and UX team, and outside agencies, to develop highly engaging personalized user experiences that are developed to help patrons achieve success in their unique patron journeys. These experiences are core to engaging our audiences in inspiring discoveries and have resulted in significant growth for our organization in exceeding key business goals around retention and engagement metrics. Oversee the ideation of these user experiences, gathering patron feedback, testing, optimization, analysis and reporting. Oversee our organization's full marketing budget, working closely with other Product and Global Marketing Managers to ensure the budget is invested to produce effective results. Manage a team of Marketing Managers who run our Paid Advertising in Facebook, Google and other channels, Journey Development, Marketing Automation, Product Marketing and Reporting. Set the strategic vision for Marketing Managers, and help ensure accountability, visibility, growth, recognition and success--both for the organization and for the individuals.
