A qualified climbing coach and mentor for young women at risk of violence and crime. After a few years of coaching I made the decision to move into Sport Rehabilitation at London South Bank University. While I still coach on a voluntary basis, I am excited to finally have the time to study and develop my career in the industry. I am IRATA qualified and learning the ropes of climbing wall maintenance in my downtime.

Starting as a Climbing mentor on a voluntary basis; I’m delighted to have been asked to act as Lead Instructor for female only climbing groups. This charity is close to my heart and helps give young people from tough backgrounds a chance to learn outdoor skills. I’ve learned as much as the young people over the years, and feel very grateful to have a chance to positively enhance their lives and confidence through climbing and the outdoors.
