Expanding to helping parents as well as child care providers in a consultant role. I am reaching out to teach parents and families how to manage difficult behaviors, teach social skills, help children with emotional regulation and more!

I provide consultation to child care providers who are struggling with the social, emotional, or behavioral challenges of the young children they care for. I also provide trainings and presentations to child care providers and network with other social services to make sure the children and families can be connected to services easily.

Supervised 11 Substance Abuse Treatment counselors in school based program. Funding was cut by State of Illinois government

Supervised 6 counselors in runaway and homeless youth programs. Coordinated crisis foster care homes and maintained their licensing requirements. Also maintained a full caseload as a YIP interventionist.

Worked 24 hour crisis responding to police departments to intervene with runaways and their families. Maintained a full caseload providing individual and family therapy to teens ages 11-17.
