I received the title of General Manager upon the integration of Con-Air into the Filtration Group operating structure. My mandate was to fulfill an all-encompassing operations management role with full financial responsibility for the business and the growth of its Aerostar brand. Among my Selected Accomplishments, I:- Championed the transition of the business model to undo negative EBITDA and phase out the B2B line of business, ultimately enabling the rapid scaling of the realigning focus dedicated to the B2C market segment.- Integrated the company’s Aerostar brand into the Amazon e-commerce channel, which rapidly scaled upward as a revenue generator for the Con-Air business.
