In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I was a front line service professional and brand representative for HSN. I established meaningful connections and confidently drove accurate and appropriate resolutions to problems with customer orders, accounts or other aspects of the customer experience. I did this by troubleshooting all aspects of customer orders, relating to placing order, receiving orders and damaged items received. I have a deep passion and enthusiasm for customer care excellence, maintaining focus and positivity with resolving challenging and complex problems for my customers. I not only took inbound customer service calls, but I also took overflow sales calls.

I handled incoming communication from drivers throughout the state of Tennessee via regular mail, e-mail and operated a multi-line phone system to provide customer service. I prepared letters containing procedures on how to reacquire driving status. I processed unsatisfied judgments to revoke driver licenses for the state, as well as processing compliances to reinstate licenses. I coordinated with law offices and courts to verify information and records of Tennessee drivers. Worked in the A-list system, TITAN, and the title and registration database as well as using the full Microsoft office suite.

As an intake specialist, I was responsible for responding to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures. Performed various customer service skills to assist customers of AT&T Wireless when calling in with requests to aid them with their wireless account. Handled customer accounts with patience and sensitivity. Suggested plans and add-ons based on customer account activity. Troubleshot devices and helped resolve device issues. Assisted customers with upgrading devices.
