I'm working in fast food industry for more than 10 years now. Started as a working student, I am now managing a restaurant as a General Manager.I am responsible for overall operation of the restaurant. From operations, human resources, financial and most of all, taking care of our customers.For Operations, I ensure to balance all key goals- high quality, speed of service and cost control through effective management of the operating system. I maintain A&W standards daily and conducts Performance Reports regularly. Staff scheduling and shift roles responsibilities. and lastly, knowledge of climate goals and ensuring to practice all daily.For Human Resources, I recruit and hire hourly staff, as well training them. I ensure safety and healthy, motivating work environment. Documents critical incidents and reports them to key individuals. And ensures monthly health and safety meetings.For Financial, I complete daily, weekly and period accounting administration. Manage inventory control, ordering and cost control. Applies cash and food cost management principles.And lastly, for Customers, I ensure the cleanliness standard and safe food handling practices are met. Ensure high level of servicxe to guests through efficient preparation, stocking and staff positioning
