My current position as a Social Media Marketer at Real-Time Outsource has provided me with a strong base of communication and innovation. Through moderating Facebook comments and constant engagement, my communication skills are continuously improving. Also, I take it upon myself to research and innovate ways to understand new integrated marketing concepts, create engaging content, and stay relevant. My experience at Real-Time Outsource is greatly appreciated by my current employer and has prepared me well for my future career in Marketing. Academically, my extensive Marketing course work at Fresno State University has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding and enjoyment of all aspects of marketing. Throughout my educational journey in obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an option in Marketing, I have taken every opportunity to strengthen my creativity skills, diversify my talents, and develop my interpersonal skills to work in teams effectively, as well as autonomously.
