Service Centrer BumaStemra & Sena is a financial administrative company founded in 2007. This initiative of Buma and Sena was founded to make it more simple for their users to have all financial administrative processes at one central location. SCAN does this for Buma, Sena, Videma and Reprorecht via the website www.mijnlicentie.nl.My main role is supporting the General Manager of SCAN. I am his proactive right hand, responsible for monthly reports, discrete handling of confidential information, preparation for meetings, monitor deadlines and controlling the GM's workflow. I am also responsible for the administrative support of SCAN Operations (Office Management, Marketing, Front Desk, HR).

Emotional Brain is an innovative scientific pharmaceutical research company, and its work includes research into Women's Health and new cures for Female Sexual Dysfunction. Emotional Brain works closely with authoritative scientists in this field.My role: Operations Manager Operational support CEO: proactive right hand of the CEO, managing the Office, HR, ICT & Facility team. Discrete handling of confidential information. Preparation for meetings, monitor deadlines and controlling the CEO's workflow. Working together with senior management and the supervisory board on external and internal projects. I report directly to the CEO.Investor Relations and Communications: responsible for mutual communication between the company and the financial community (230 shareholders). I work closely with our legal counsel on legal and regulatory issues that affect shareholders. Writing internal and external newsletters, press releases, proofreading and / or writing correspondence in the name of the CEO.HR activities: coordination of the recruitment process of senior management; in January 2013, I carried out a successful search for our new CFO.

Operations & Business development for The Alan Turing Institute Almere (ATIA). ATIA develops decision support systems; the mission of ATIA is to achieve improved diagnosis and individualized treatment. This is realized by integrating knowledge from different health domains and research disciplines (e.g. biomedical, neuropsychological and computational sciences) by using and developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. The goal is to support healthcare professionals with these systems.My role: Operations Manager & Assistent Manager New BusinessProjects: Internal coordination of health projects (Obesity, ADHD, cognitive ability, assessing sports talent), following protocols, budget control, time lines.Sales: Assisting the New Business Director at finding industry partners (including health insurers and health) and commercialization opportunities, developing collaborative projects with industry. Attending sales meetings.Funding: finding new sources of funding for ATIA researchers (eg crowd funding and grants to support innovation) as well as responsible for reporting to ministry and province government.

I was responsible for diagnostics, patient recruitment, QA and training & informing patients. Writing and implementing research protocols, track and monitor all Standard Operating Procedures.Training and communication: development of training and providing training to research staff and groups of participants. Communication with patients, newsletter, PR, patient recruitment. Preparation for various due diligences.
