Airbus A330 LR NEO; A320 SA NEO Pylon concessions components: ▪ Analysing the request of a concession: - Analysing in Catia, Zamiz, AirNav and Gilda if the concession received covers all the information for design analysis; - Analysis of defects, aircraft configuration and its validity in the concession; - Analysis of similar cases (REX and SAP). ▪ Providing the answers for the concession request (the design team comes up with solutions to handle non-conformities): - Analysis in the mock-up environment (CATIA); - Calculation of the impact of defects in assemblies; - Drawing sketches for clearly explanations; - Answering the concession, performing and detailing the description of the repair, through a Technical Disposition (possible repairs to be brought or acceptance in its actual state, precautions to take when mounting, further working and so on). - Overall conclusions of the analysis in a document saved in SAP. ▪ Processing of the drawings and implementation, technological procedures.

Airbus A380 damages integration: ▪ Integration of different types of damages; ▪ Identification and localization of the damages; ▪ Integration of defects in Digital Mock-up (DMU) with damage presentation and detailing; ▪ Maintenance of a healthy partnership between the Romanian and French teams;

Airbus A350WXB-1000/900; A330 LR NEO; A320 SA NEO Pylon concessions tracker: ▪ The work consists in filling in the excel database template with relevant data picked from concession requests and its solutions, stored in SAP PAC: - Analysing the request and answering for concessions; - Identifying type of defects; verifying which exactly parts of the pylon were impacted. ▪ Reporting and certification documentation, through coordination (focal point) of the concession’s activities; ▪ Maintenance of a healthy partnership between the Romanian and French teams; ▪ Daily coordination of three person team.
