I've been working in the social field for the past 22 years. Co-founder of DIL SE, an NGO working in the field of Prevention and Healing of Child Sexual Abuse in Kochi, Kerala, I have been managing the day-to-day affairs of the organization since 2000. While running several children's homes, including Tejus Home, a home for abused, pregnant teenagers, in 2017, I decided to get trained in Arts-Based Therapy, so that I could be more helpful with the children's healing process. This opened up a whole new world for me of not only facilitating wellness for individuals but also whole groups of people. During the lockdown, I was lucky enough to join the 1 year virtual SpiralMethod facilitators training program from USA and it gave me another tool to add to my belt. While continuing to do social work and Arts-Based Therapy, it's SpiralMethod that I would like to bring forth to companies, groups, teams, and clubs. A simple facilitation method that brings trust, deepens human connection and enhances culture within any group, using communication games and enhancing deeper, more meaningful conversations.
