Responsible for providing oversight for grant funded Individual Placement Support by training staff, monitoring evidence based practice outcomes, coordinating and participating in treatment team meetings, meeting with employment specialists weekly, monitoring job development and documentation of cases. Maintaining a small caseload of IPS employment clients by assisting client in all aspects of the employment process. Networking with businesses in the community. Supervision of 4 Employment Specialist including administrative supervision responsibilities and goal setting. Hire new staff and position vacancies. Sat on the planning committee for the statewide IPS Conference. Planned and executed annual Fidelity Reviews and did Fidelity Reviews at other agencies as a Peer Reviewer. Planned, promoted, and began the Business Advisory Committee, including TV and Radio Media interviews. Made changes and redesigned the brochure for the Employment Services department.

Responsible for assisting clients with patient assistance medication applications and documentation. Assisting clients with finding resources in the community to get prescribed medications for affordable prices. Providing documentation to pharmaceutical companies and coordinating shipments of medications. Keep physicians up to date on status of patient assistance applications for changes to be made as necessary. Checking in and ordering supplies monthly. Running monthly reports and distributing data to appropriate staff. Maintaining flexibility to cover other positions as needed.
