Position general responsabilities:Ensuring the connection with the other entities of the project (product planning, program, quality) having as main activities:- contribution to customer satisfaction and the profitability of vehicle projects by managing the convergence of customer performances, allowing the achievement of performance objectives, terms and budget (TEI)-contribution to the improvement of engineering performance by capitalizing on good project practices and by providing feedback at the important phases of the projectsIn charge of (management responsabilities for 30 persons):-creating sustainable performance for the company based on team motivation by implementing alignment of team members' actions with the company's strategy.-development of the team members' performance and the providing the necessary support.-guiding the team members during the changes and innovations necessary for the progress of the company.Key cooperations- with the customer performances sectors for the definition of customer performances targets, their implementation, logic and validation plan.-with performances engineers and other vehicle engineers for piloting the convergence of customer performances, functional requirements and their validation.-with the quality engineers of the projects for the respect of the quality objectives in each job and the communication of performances reports at project milestones.-with production engineering (manufacturing, quality, logistics) for the Monozukuri activity, respecting KPI performance commitments.-with mechanical engineers for the convergence of powertrain performances.-with the Product Planning and Program Directors for the definition of performance targets and product definition in line with the company's strategy for all geographical areas-with chief vehicle engineer for quality- costs - terms - performances arbitrations.-with the prototype engineers network and numerical simulations engineers

Responsabilities:-management of Renault Marketability engineering network (8 countries, 15 persons)-working with the corporate expertise team for the upstream phase of Renault and Dacia projects-coordinating and performing analysis / benchmarkings on competitors vehicles-defining product and line-up checklists (must have / nice to have equipment) with Product Planning department-organizing and performing trainings to engineering network-transfer upstream competence to Renault Technologie Roumanie

Member as referent in Groupe Renault expertise branch in charge adaptation of vehicles to markets and customer requirements.Responsabilities:-updating technical requirements rules with the performances engineering teams-performing international field missions (dealerships visits, specificities and customer usage assessment)-providing market data feedback through live conferences-giving expertise opinions on adaptation and assessment of vehicles-updating markets data product and performance checklists with Product Planning and Quality department-performing tests and technical / product definition analysis on Renault Group and competitors vehicles-developping skills inside engineering network and ensuring the transfer of knowledge and technical trainings-updating the standardized and capitalized know-how for Marketability perimeter-collecting car data information for ADAS and autonomous driving,HEV/PHEV/EV

Responsabilities:-performing field missions in Europe, Asia and Africa to collect feedback from Renault / Dacia dealerships network-presenting Renault Group dedicated conferences on themes such as automotive markets specificities, customer requirements adaptation and engineering field missions feedbacks/analysis-performing physical tests and assesments on competitors vehicles and Renault / Dacia projects-creating market trend studies for Renault / Dacia projects-working with Product Planning department for product definition and quality department for technical issues and complaints-deploying customer satisfaction and customer complaints surveys results to performances teams
