I'm driven by one thing: growth. It's what fueled my childhood projects, my entrepreneurial journey, and my work today in helping businesses expand.How did it all start?The story begins when I was a child. I developed video game multiplayer servers. Then managed the "marketing" of these communities to have players joining us, to whom then we sold products (in-game advantages) through e-commerce websites. On top of that, I was managing, recruiting, and interviewing staff.Obviously, initially, doing these things was only a game.Growing up I had different work experiences, such as educator, gardener, waiter, cook's assistant, cleaner, bartender, and also completed one year of alternative civilian service. Each of these experiences added a brick to the wall of my knowledge, character, and contributed to building the person I am today.At 18 years old I started my own business. I was selling products online through popular marketplaces and e-commerce. Owning my own business allowed me to touch all aspects of it, including bureaucratic papers, logistics (international import and warehouse/inventory management), find and manage a team, market my products, deliver great customer service and sales. After that, I worked as a marketing manager for another company. Here I had the opportunity to work on a lot of interesting things, such as developing the marketing strategy, selecting and managing agencies to support the marketing tasks, building sales relationships with clients, and optimizing business processes.Today, I find myself working as a consultant, doing my best to support companies in achieving growth and success.After this very quick presentation you know a few more things about me.
