-Take and resolve promptly and precisely, within the set deadline, the requests of internal or external clients, arriving on agreed channels of communication;-Providing telephone or written Vodafone customers, internally or externally, with information on the characteristics of the entire range of Vodafone products and communication services offered to its customers (data communications and Internet access, related services, fixed and mobile telephony) prices, terms of delivery and access to service, contractual terms, warranty and technical assistance; -Promote the image of the company and its services to both the external and the internal customer.
