With more than 2 decades of experience in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, I have expertise in leading technical projects and development teams towards manufacturing of complex molecules, focused on active pharmaceutical compounds and related structures like metabolites and impurities. I have a deep understanding of synthetic design for viable and potentially scalable routes, with emphasis to isotope-labeled structures.Starting as R&D chemist, I was promoted to scientific planner and then to supervisor, managing a team of 8 experienced chemists. I am coordinating the customers requests for new items and expanding the portfolio with relevant products. Additionally, I review the chemistry for new products that enter manufacturing.
