Led the BVC R&A Office, developing the economic and financial analysis that supported the Board of Directors of BVC in the corporate and investment strategy of the company.• Published research papers about the Colombian Fixed Income Markets –Treasuries and Corporate Debt – which helped the government to expand this market with 20 new issuers in 5 years and yearly new issuance volume over USD 3 billion. • Developed the investment policy and improved the risk management tools for the BVC investment portfolio with AUM over USD 50 million.

Played a key role in the Technical Working Committee of the Latin American Market Integration – MILA –, made of Colombian, Chilean, and Peruvian Stock Exchanges, that implemented the first markets integration process in Latam. • Managed the support team which advised and prepared Colombian broker societies before they join the MILA integrated stock market. Successfully added ten broker entities to the operations in the integrated market (MILA). • Oversaw all institutional relationships of the BVC with broker entities and institutional investors, introducing at least 20 financial entities to the Standardized Derivatives Markets.
