Key responsibilities:- Delivery of optimal pack-price architecture and pricing frameworks via effective use of insights- Upgrade Pricing and Revenue Management to drive revenue growth across NARTD portfolio- Effective implementation of pricing governance and compliance processes- Determine strategic pricing opportunities and cross-channel strategies- Focus on Revenue while approaching Volume as a mean to maximize Revenue- Development of the 3-year business plan, while focusing on step changing team's capability in understanding, planning, selling and executing against the Pack-Price strategy and Promotional Excellence- Lead the commercial policy framework implementation including Price, Trade terms and conditions optimization and Pay for Performance monitoring as well as ROI and Promo management- Deliver clear and quantifiable results in volume, NSR/UC, market share and shopper metrics through its short to medium term deliverables. - Driving optimal ROI and uplift across category for promotional activities

In charge of: category management, market insights, pricing & promo optimization, business analytic and reporting.- marketing strategy developed and executed with focus on revenue growth management - complexity optimization in terms of execution: picture of success, SKU matrix, merchandising standards- market insights and competitive outlook - delivered category growth plans; developed and implemented catman projects with clients

- involved in developing the mid and long term commercial strategy – shopping missions & consumer occasions; brand & package architecture; pricing strategy; channel approach- NPD: volume forecast, price positioning, KBIs definition, selling stories to the sales team- providing qualitative and quantitative assessment of category, value-added opportunity identification and interpretation of non alcoholic beverages category insights- constant observing market trends and using that knowledge in the Joint Business Planning and Customer Management process- cooperate with Coca-Cola Hellenic customers in order to implement a shopper driven category agenda- working on the Category Business Plan / Space Management projects with Coca-Cola Hellenic Customers (incl. defining beverage category role, opportunities, strategies, tactical action plans and finally implementation)

- providing reliable and applicable market & consumer insights to marketing and commercial teams- monitoring consumers and market/categories trends and behaviors in order to identify opportunities - integrating results from various researches (retail audit, execution, tracking and ad-hoc projects) and translate them into relevant business solutions - providing expertise for using research software
