As a Branch Manager at this payment institution ,main duties included:-Supervised the Teller line to ensure Institution procedures and policies were followed.-Proactive communication with other departments, with the management team and with colleagues from other branch.-Trained and supervised new hires,prepared staff schedules.-Maintaining monthly,weekly and daily report of transactions.-Inventory of assets and liabilities. -Making the cost of statements of goods, the deduction of expenses which includes advertising, telephone and utilities,rent, office supplies, etc.-Performs other duties as assigned.
