During the time of my actually job in Tata Consultancy Services, I’m involved in several training courses, internal certifications, individual and collaborative tasks, conferences and two assignments for two big companies of Colombia (Avianca and Bancolombia). During this experience I have been improved my English enhancing writing, hearing and speaking (a little bit in this way, but I think I can enhance speaking many more if I interact more frequently in this language with other people). All this work have been made remotely from my house in Santa fe de Antioquia.

During this assignment I have learned many things about avionics and the project infrastructure. I’m currently assigned mainly to Flyup project, but there are many more other projects for that I’m currently developing for different areas of the Avianca administrative section. The project back-end is mainly based in Java+Spring Framework and it is deployed in JBOSS Server+Openshift and tools like Postman are used for testing backend endpoints. The front-end is based on AngularJS and it use Mocks for code testing. I use Azure Devops for Sprint management (HUs and Tasks), Repos, Branches, Pipelines, Pull requests and automatically deployments for different development environments like DEV, QA and Production environment. I use GIT for source code change control. Databases are mainly based on Oracle PL/SQL, main IDE is SQL Developer for managing databases. Documentation of developed code and artifacts is highly important for the future developments and maintenance of it. Other tasks required the use of Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, Python for automated or repetitive tasks. During this assignment, also I was involved in the development of a Microsoft Graph microservice (homologated endpoints) for managing the login services for the users of several projects there, it required an adaptative parameterized organization for make easy its integration.

In this 4 months I was assigned to the project Portal Sala de Ventas (https://saladeventas.apps.bancolombia.com/) from Bancolombia, attending HUs related to Front-End (Angular 12 and Typescript), Back-End (Java+Spring boot+Spring JPA), Gradle project and Databases PL/SQL. Several skills was performed during this period. I developed unit tests for Front-End (Karma+Jasmine) and Back-End (Mockito). The main IDE used here was Intellij Community and other tools like Jacoco, Sonarqube (for code coverage), Postman, MIRO for prototype design and analysis of user requirements. The work items and project management tools for Continuous Integration was Azure Devops.Change Control software used during this assignment was GIT + Azure Devops Repos, creating branches for each HUs related to the current sprint.
