I am an experienced IT Manager with a rare blend of experience, skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence and ability to communicate at all business levels. My career in technology began in Toshiba Australia, where my skills and work ethic empowered me to receive numerous honours and awards, including Toshiba Australia’s ‘Excellence in Service’ award, Toshiba TEC Corporation ‘Regional Champion Award’ (Tokyo) & Outer Eastern Group Training's ‘Excellence Award’ for outstanding academic achievement. My ownership of Red IT Solutions for ten years showcases my entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage a business and a small team effectively, whilst still remaining hands on. This experience, combined with my dedication to continuous learning, allowed me to, after selling Red IT, seamlessly transition into succesful IT Management roles. My experience is complemented by my PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner certification and ITIL Foundation V3 credentials. I have also completed an Associate Diploma in Engineering (Electronics) and MCSE accreditation early in my career. Outside of IT, I have been volunteering as coach at Seaford United SC since 2018. I am enjoying helping children from our community develop friendships, healthy leadership skills, teamwork and of course improve their fitness and soccer skills.
