Tasks: Responsible for development and monitoring local suppliers for serial life and new developments. I currently have under my responsibility exterior and interior perimeter parts, such as interior covers, emblems, carpets, NHV pads, headliners, handbrake, sunvisors and paint chemicals.- APQP tracking with suppliers.- Validation plans development and follow up.- Suppliers pre-qualification, kick-off, process and run at rate audits.- Follow up and validation of cars assembly (new models / model years).- Root cause analysis of plant quality claims at suppliers.

Tasks: Responsible for localization and launch of new programs. Currently I have in charge parts such as carpets, NVH insulators, seats and A/C systems for vehicles and pickups. - APQP tracking with suppliers up to the launch of the program.- Presentation of design reviews.- Constant contact with suppliers.- Validation plans definition and review.- Support and validation of assembly of vehicles during build events.

Cañuelas

Tasks: New projects manager, office work organization and build programs schedule, design of semitrailers for fuel delivery and others, design of subassemblies, parts. - Units in process and finished audit.- Documentation delivery.- Warranty claims analysis.- Control of design failures.- Area instructions elaboration.- Specification of new inputs, assistance to the production area.

Product in charge: Air conditioning hoses. Tasks: - Responsible for bill of materials alignment.- Design, engineering changes.- Manufacturing of first samples and initial validation. - Responsible for technical changes and designs update/release. Continuous contact with suppliers and clients such as Hutchinson, GoodYear, VW, Renault, Chery and GM.
