The Economic and Social Council (CES) is a consultative body of the Parliament and of the Government of Romania, in socio-economic fields, as established by its Statute. It is an autonomous tripartite public institution of national interest, set up with the aim of achieving the tripartite dialogue at national level among employers, trade unions and representatives of civil society non-governmental organisations and foundations. CES has an advisory role in establishing the economic and social strategy and policy of the country, in mitigating disputes among the social partners at national level, and in achieving, promoting and developing social dialogue and solidarity.

- setting up the event calendar and planning each activity; assigning tasks to the whole organising team;- generating financial and budget plans for the event; allotting necessary resources for each department;- creating and implementing strategies for attracting funding, artists and literati, both locally and internationally;- designing a strategy for advertising the event on a local and international level; publicising the event in the media;- developing good relationships with local and international artists, with the cultural and business environment, with a view to publicising the event and attracting financial and cultural resources; - coordinating the internal and volunteer teams involved in the organisation of the festival; coordinating each department;- running all festival activities in the best conditions.

Transilvania IFF’s organizers have created a unique cultural institution which aims to promote education through cinema and one’s necessity to express through art, cultivating and developing the passion for film, photography and visual arts in general. CASA TIFF will also offer residences for filmmakers and artists developing their projects. They will live, work and possibly teach in CASA TIFF.

- representing the association on the national and European cultural stage, as part of European Film Promotion;- keeping constantly up-to-date about recent developments in national and international culture by attending cultural networking events, project launchings and other similar activities;- creating a yearly event calendar and planning each activity; assigning tasks to the team with a view to organising festivals/events;- generating financial and budget plans for the event; allotting necessary resources for each department;- creating and implementing strategies for attracting funding, artists and literati, both locally and internationally;- creating and implementing strategies for promoting and developing the association and its events, for attracting sponsors and funding, for attracting artists and literati both locally, and internationally;- creating projects and strategies for obtaining European funding, state subsidising, as well as financial support from the local business environment;- coordinating the whole Romanian Film Promotion team; getting actively involved in making the decisions about each member’s recruitment, training and professional development
