Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards for vision care. Monitor optometric practices, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards. Implement quality improvement measures and provide guidance for compliance.Training and Development: Develop training programs for optometrists, technicians, and support staff within the ACC. Provide guidance and support in their professional development, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest practices and technology.Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation for vision care equipment, supplies, and personnel. Identify and prioritize resource requirements and work closely with the ACC leadership and appropriate departments to meet those needs.Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration with other medical and operational units within ACC to optimize the delivery of vision care services. Maintain clear and effective communication channels between ACC, medical personnel, and external stakeholders.Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in optometry and eye care. Encourage research initiatives and innovative practices to improve vision care services.

As the Air Force Global Strike Command Optometry Functional Manager he currently serves 8 installations, coordinates training, certification, integration, mentoring, modernization and deployment for 32 personnel. He also serves as the MAJCOM consultant to the AF Career Field Manager. He specializes in team building, professional development, lean daily management and continuous process improvement.

Realigned communication and morale existing between 300 personnel and 24 Executive leaders through establishing buy-in and creating feedback form and presenting information for management. Facilitated the movement towards being identified as one of the best organizations of 2020 for improved communication, teamwork, and performance.Organized and coordinated over 17+ VIP visits, recognized 47+, individuals for superior performance, and ensured timely virtual monthly meetings we executed and broadcasted to over 15 geographically separated sites.

Directed 2 flights, Organized and developed patient template for 4 providers, 4 technicians and 3 red cross volunteers. Directed the operations budget for $1 Million dollar business plan, $525, 093 production line. While ensuring that 17 Geographical Separated Unit's 37, 230 United States Force Japan joint beneficiaries received the best care in the Pacific. He also piloted Department of Defense joint war-figther refractive surgery program for Yokota AFB Japan; Coordinated all refractive surgery exams/Flying Class physicals/waviers/ballistic eye wear GMI program. As the sole technician for the Audiologist for PACAF coordinated 4 remote visits and ensure that excellent support was provided to all 8 Pacific Air Command installations. As the Pacific Air Force alternate Optometry functional manager he designed in-processing worksheets to accurately track training and compliance. Assisted with the coordination and deployment of personal to support 16 humanitarian mission in the Indo-Asia region. He also developed humanitarian deployment training, created two new categories for the Department of Defense glasses ordering program enabling the ordering of inserts for our bilateral partners in 14 different installation strengthen our bilateral partnership and mission.

During his team as the inspector general team Manager he developed The new SharePoint site that became Air Force benchmark Inspector General platform, created anonymous surveys for conducted Unit interviews, Designed new inspection identification system and assisted 7 commanders in developing corrective action plans which garnered the Wing first Outstanding rating for Inspector generals visit and was instrumental in the Installation winning Inspector General Team of the Year Award
