Responsible for leading and implementing projects of various kinds: Architecture assessments, implementation of Microsoft products (Sharepoint, SqlServer, Team Foundation Server, Dynamics CRM), custom development, systems integration and software migration for legacy systems. As a Consultant I work closely with Microsoft’s partners, I lead them technically to achieve quality solutions by designing the solution completely and developing key components. Also I work closely with the customer to achieve their business objectives. Overall, I am responsible for the technical quality of the project and for the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsible for making decisions about hiring outsourced development and services; investment projects and inclusion of new technologies assuring that they add value to the company. I lead the team executing these projects, among which I can highlight: data center migration, migration of Exchange to Google Apps and redeployment of the company's ERP. As Head of the ICT area, I must also define the organizational structure and administrative processes of the area, verifying the latter are met.

Responsible for improving software development processes, administrative processes and support the coordination of different business areas (education, technical support, software development team, etc.). Co-architect, designer and developer of the new flagship of the company's product: Mobile CSCL - Computer Supported Collaborative Learning Application, for which we developed a client-server framework using state of the art technologies .NET 3.5. I kept track of the latest developments in technologies and how could they apply to education and our particular project, informing team members and conducting a further investigation of them. This plug-in-driven framework offered network, database, centralized control, session management features, and tools for plug-in development. I also implemented several applications (as plug-ins), using the mentioned framework.

I performed consulting work for the development of information systems sought by the Ministry of Education: gathering requirements, supporting the reengineering of its processes and documenting that information. Architect, designer and developer of on going projects. For these projects I lead a team of several developers. One of these projects was selected as the best technological investment project in the Ministry of Education

I did web oriented development using Net technologies and implemented several complex technological solutions, for example: synchronization of data from a Pocket PC with a server via Web interface for basic users, or remote installation of applications to a pocket-pc, among others.
