• Senior executive with experience in business management, operational excellence, engineering, projects, maintenance, strategic planning, financial results management (P&L) and continuous improvement in multinational companies in the automotive, metallurgical and chemical industries; • Over 15 years working in leadership positions, of which approximately 7 years in production management, leading large teams and working in all processes of the production chain, from receipt of raw materials to delivery to customers. • International experience working for four years at Pirelli headquarters in Italy, managing large projects in Germany, Turkey, Romania, Italy and Brazil. Ability to transmit knowledge and empower multicultural and cross-functional teams, actively participate in different areas, and obtain third-party results and constant interaction for project development and planning.• Participation and conduction of operational improvement projects and continuous improvement programs in Germany, Belgium, Canada, Slovakia, the Netherlands and Turkey interacting with people of different cultures, cycles and maturity levels. Outstanding performance in the implementation and dissemination of lean culture, TPM and six sigma, as well as extensive experience in change management and organisational transformation. • Recognized ability in restructuring strategy and maintenance structures, aiming at greater integration and synergy of teams, improvement of OEE and WT with consequent cost reduction.
