Some of my functions were:Periodic Rounds: I had to patrol the area regularly and check for any signs of trouble or danger.Control and Registration of People’s Movement: I had to monitor and record the entry and exit of people, vehicles and goods, and verify their identity and authorization.Telephone service techniques: I had to answer phone calls and provide information or assistance to callers, as well as report any incidents or emergencies.Forwarding of Correspondence: I had to receive, sort and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients or departments.Occurrence Report: I had to write detailed reports on any events or situations that occurred during my shift, such as accidents, thefts, vandalism, etc.Head of Group: I was also responsible for leading and supervising a team of other security guards, assigning them tasks and schedules, evaluating their performance and providing feedback.Scale Management: I had to plan and organize the shifts and rotations of the security staff according to their availability and needs.
