Provided performance assessment (Key Performance Indicators – KPI) with mobile telephony network, Ericsson's AXE platform, monitoring and improving accessibility, retainability, dropped calls, and handoff.Calculated the estimate, traffic dispersion, and financial return from the sites using tariff records and CDRs.Coordinated the inter-company meetings in order to improve the performance indicators of the telephone network, which resulted in an increase of 4% in the call completion index, reducing by 1.5% the congestion between networks and almost complete reduction of the signaling failures.Had a direct role in controlling and regulating the SS7 signaling between the operator's internal and external centers.Developed a tool for reading Call Data Records in order to organize call quality information and make an interface between engineering and billing.Gave a course on signaling, tariff, and analyzing the CDRs from AXE Ericsson for the billing, IT, and switching employees.
