PolyMore's mission is to improve waste collection processes through the use of technology. Waste collection processes have a high level of contamination, blocking the progress for the circular economy. The products I have developed while leading the sales technical and Quality Assurance team tackle improperly sorted waste and transport processed, in order to increase recycling rates in Europe.We have developed the products:1. Computer vision systems installed on waste trucks that offer transparency and direct feedback to each collection point2. Web platforms for consumers to get involved into their local community on issues like correct waste sorting, pollution and reporting3. Hardware products that detects the level of contamination in the plastic waste collected from industrial and waste materials. 4. Automated digital solutions for waste sorting facilities to improve process efficiency

Leading a team of 6 investment specialists in the process of helping climate startups reach the right investors without distracting from the hard work: scaling their climate products to international markets. I'm achieving this through:- Keeping a close connection with VCs, Family Offices, CVCs and Angel investors focused on climate and impact investing.- Coordinating KPIs for scouting of over 1.000 startups / month, with high level of quality- Supervising investment kickoff meetings for investment deck readiness - Ensuring proper Due dilligence process for investment or M&A- Leading the team for scouting for new Venture Capital companies

I have developed a solution for the Warehouse department for ordering the correct number of trucks, in order to load the Finish Product pallets, in accordance to the SAP Production Orders module.The software placed automatically truck orders and computed the optimum solution for loadings, with minimum delays and pre-orders.

My responsibilities included: - Delivering on the objectives for 7 production lines - 5 Why analysis for troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis- Organising the daily agile meeting for direction-setting and task prioritisation - Checking operator's knowledge on Agile systems and coaching knowledge gaps- Leading the Daily Direction Setting meeting, with shift leaders and safety, quality representatives
