Cristi L. Hernandez has built a strong reputation in the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast real estate markets since activating her license in 2002. Within the first two years of her career, she obtained her Broker’s License and her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations as well as the Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP). She also became me a GRI instructor for Florida and taught all over the state. She is a multi-million dollar producer who has trained others to multi-million dollar status as well. Cristi is a graduate of Florida State University and has degrees in both Interior Design and Psychology. Before becoming a Realtor®, she was an Advanced Director for Pampered Chef, and was responsible for training new consultants and teaching them personal promotion and business management. Cristi was the previous owner of Riverside Properties of the Treasure Coast. A well-built team of trained and diverse agents is what Riverside Properties was all about. She created an empire at Keller Williams of the Treasure Coast and realized it was time to build her own. Now co-owner of NextHome Treasure Coast she has been awarded the prestigious Broker of the Year 2021. Her office has also won Pinnacle office for NextHome 2020 and Diamond Pinnacle for 2021, which means her office is in the top 23% of the entire company.For relaxation, Cristi will always head out to the water. She loves boating and fishing with her husband. She loves growing orchids and owns over 125 of them. Her two sons have the entrepreneur gene in them as well. One owns a Kava Bar and the other is getting ready to become a Lawyer.
