I implemented strategies and procedures and curated content for all internal and external communications. During the pandemic, I ran our annual events virtually, which exceeded our targeted goals and brought over $200,000 to the organization in needed funds. I also managed internal and external relationships with donors, staff and community partners. I worked to provide structure through creating a segmented contact database that comprised alumni and donors from the organizations 90+ year history.

Working from within a public school setting, I provided therapy services for a caseload of up to 18 adolescents. I advocated for youth mental health needs by forming relationships with staff and their families and identifying changes that could be made to support the young person. I also created and co-facilitated a group for high school aged women about relationships, self-esteem, and identity.

In this position, I met with patients in a recovery home one-on-one to provide chaplaincy services, including presence, empathy, and space for processing emotions. I also led four groups, including a psychoeducational group and an interpersonal process group, where I created group plans and facilitated reflection and discussion.

In this position, I served on the Youth Outreach Team to provide support, housing assessments, food, clothing, and resources to individuals aged 18-24 experiencing homelessness. I also formed partnerships with neighboring agencies to create new outreach resources for aged-out youth about local services.
