- Making offers to the customers who were interested in this certain product;- Negotiation with the customer in order to obtain a reasonable price both for the customer and for the mill;- Trying to obtain always bigger orders, also in accordance with the market situation;- Trying to find more and more customers who could be interested in this product and to see their needs;- Trying to sell long term contracts;- Checking and discussing with colleagues from the mill the production schedule, taking always in consideration customer needs;- Ensure the material is delivered on time and having the required quality.

- Pre and Post-Order Management for German, Swiss and Austrian Customers;- Making standard price offers for the inquiries received from the customers;- Checking all the POs received from customers to see if these ones had the right quantities and prices and then forwarding them to the qualified departments from all the mills we were working with;- Maintain a continous communication with our colleagues from all the factories, not only in Romania, but also in Czech Repucblic, Poland, France and Spain, regarding the production schedule, delivery times and others.- Always discussing all issues with the german team from Germany which I was closely working with;- Doing the receivables payable every week, checking the due payment date of all invoices and then checking with customers when they exactly pay them;- Introducing new orders in SAP;- Tracking the delivery times and helping customer with the material which was delivered too late and informing constantly the customer about the delivery times of the trucks;- Intermediate the communication between customers and colleagues from the mill so that this one could be as smooth as possible.- Registering all the price deviations in the needed platform and also checking with people from Front office if the price deviation was according to our guidelines.

This was my first job, a part-time one. The main responsibilities I had were:- Read and analyze the answers from different studies (about products from the auto-market, supermarkets-chain, telecommunication services, banking services and so on. ) that were done in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Chile;- Manage to complete all the projects we had within the deadlines;- Using permanently the MS Office in the day-to-day activities.
