I am the founder of Help Hope Solutions LLC, in Plano, TX, and also serve as a BCBA. At Help Hope Solutions, we have a unique and blended approach that combines ABA and Floor-Time therapies that has been widely praised for providing customized, comprehensive strategies that addresses the language, cognitive and social needs needed to navigate today's complex social world. A little background on my experience:I have over 10 years of experience working with children. During this time, I spent four years as a Certified Teacher for grades 1st through 4th at a public school, and over six years working with children with autism and other developmental delays as a Floor time and/or ABA therapist, trainer, team lead and consultant.I earned my Master's degree in Early Childhood Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I completed a post-graduate coursework in preparation for my BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) at the University of North Texas in 2007.My area of emphasis is with children between the ages of 14th months to 12 years, across the autism spectrum, children with various developmental delays, ADD/ADHD, and children with above-average intelligence that are also on the autism spectrum.Currently, I develop and implement intervention programs, provide parent, therapist and teacher training; and create behavior interventions programs for home, school and natural environment settings. I also conduct developmental and functional assessments, develop and implement Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals, and participate in school Admission Review and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
