Collective Retreats is a luxury travel company redefining the traditional hotel experience through a collection of luxury retreats in unexpected places with its unique, asset-light business model. A veteran in the experiential startup space, DeVito spent two years as the Chief Strategy Officer at Tough Mudder and went on to be the creator and CEO of Muderella Inc., where she developed a passion for connecting people with exceptional outdoor experiences. Prior to this, DeVito worked in management consulting at Bain & Company, private equity and investment banking, with a focus in the consumer products and services industry. DeVito, a graduate of Harvard Business School, has nearly two decades of experience consulting and growing successful startups and popular consumer brands.
