I began my working career working part time as a sales assistant where I gained alot of confidence. I then moved on to become Cabin Crew and then got promoted to Cabin Manager, I spent almost 10 years with the company and within that time learned many skills including managing a team, first aid, customer resolution, being able to adapt and make decisions quickly and communicating effectively.After being made redundant in September last year due to the pandemic I now work as a personal assistant, my main tasks include managing social media accounts, making payments, calendar organising, VAT, creating invoices and wageslips as well as managing and responding to emails.I have a real passion for learning new things and I enjoy being given a challenge.
