- Die Überwachung aller finanziellen Transaktionen an Bord der MS ASTOR- Regelmäßige Berichterstellung für die umsatzrelevanten Abteilungen wie:Bars & Restaurants, Rezeption, Shore Excursion, Shops und Spa.- Überwachung und Kontrolle der Kosten-/ Leistungsrechnung sowie der Buchhaltung - Durchführung der Finanzreports am Ende von Kreuzfahrten - Geldwechsel europäischer Devisen - Planung und Durchführung von Umsatz-Meetings mit den Abteilungsleitern, um die Einhaltung vorgegebener Umsatzziele zu gewähren.

- In charge of the HR department on board, administrating, managing and updating three different programs: Fidelio, Danaos and On Board Crew Pay Roll System. - Processing all crew and officers’ wages, commissions and tipping reports, crew on board accounts and monthly banking transfer operations.- In charge of all personnel/crew members operation like: sign on/off, employment contracts, promotions, resignations / dismissals.- Dealing with crew berthing allocation for all departments and key control, coordinate with Shore Side Office crew flight arrangements for crew signing on and off. Maintain filing for all crew members for tickets, receipts for travel, STCW95 certificates, required medical forms as well as passports and seaman’s books verification.- Maintaining crew records for on board training, appraisals/evaluations. Knowledgeable in ISM rules and regulations, caring out all the needed information for smooth internal and external audits. - In close communication with the Main Office Shore Side - Human Resources for day to day updates, reports, emergencies and other requests.

- Major parts of the job and key responsibilities: finding new ways to improve sales, and meeting customer demand, managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency and making key decisions about stock control.- Dealing with guests of all nationalities in all aspects of customer service. - Responsible for the day-to-day store and team’s administration/ management in accordance with overall company policy. Main focus being to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability.- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes. - Stocking and merchandising the store.- Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning, using information technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning.- Promoting the shop locally by implementing promotional items, as flyers, brochures, announcements.

- Dealing with the administration and organisation of the ships’ documents, onboard mediator preparing all clearance paperwork.- Assisting passengers boarding and collecting their documents for verification. - Updating passenger and crew list before the vessels’ departure from the port of embarkation for Immigration and clearance purposes.- Controlling the validity of all documents and ships’ certificates and prepare all documents necessary for every arrival and departure.- Preparing sign on / off list for passengers (in case of emergency) as well as crew for free access to various ports when necessary. - Supervising and assisting Reception Desk Department aund organizing their working schedule.
