I am a forever learner, passionate about honing my skill set to benefit the position and the organization. I am an independent worker who equally enjoys collaborative environments. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is to create engaging presentations for the my audience - both on-site or online. Many of the faculty who works in my department are professionals whom I have met through networking opportunities in the industry.During my tenure as faculty and manager at college level, I have had the opportunity to evaluate and make recommendations for curriculum improvement; to develop a special certification programming, including a proposal for the National Kitchen and Bath Association accreditation for the interior design program.The success of any academic program depends on seeking guidance for educational policy through working with an Advisory Board; as well as always working collaboratively -advisors, faculty and staff- developing ways to improve efficiency in the classroom, maintain retention and continue the growth of the program;I thrive watching my students succeed and maintain connections with me.
