Main tasks and activies: - Checking the correctness, completeness of clients data in administrative systems; - Ensuring optimal management and centralised control of all errors in customer files; providing explanations for the Front Office colleagues; - Document management for retail customer non-credit accounts; - Internal product release testing, detecting bugs and verifying product specifications, propose updates and reviews of processes, and implement new workflows; - Training and coaching new employees; - Tools and methodologies: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Profile WebCSR; internal work tools.
