Ensuring efficiency when it comes to the contractual agreements concluded between the company and the house owners, renewing the contracts, checking the invoices, managing the availability calendar and the bookings.Responsibility of displaying on company's website the correct information regarding the accommodations offered: basic data, additional costs and services, pictures, descriptions; introducing data, adjusting information, translations in other languages (English - French - Romanian).Offering support in case of communication barriers (like foreign languages) in all aspects related to bookings, accommodations, specific questions, etc. Processing and handling the clients’ and owners’ requests related to bookings, ensuring a good booking process, offering the support needed in order to solve the complaints, following up the cases until they are closed.Selecting and sorting e-mail and documents on a daily basis.Answering phone calls from owners regarding bookings, overbookings, invoices, payments, changes in their account.
