▪ Developing the 5-year business plan for the creation of the Vertical Integration Sub-Product Line covering Mines (3 facilities), Transload (4 facilities) and Trucking Services, the most ambitious multiyear investment program for the company.▪ Responsible for the full financial roll out as new Sub-Product Line for operating as an autonomous business with multiple legal entities to provide last mile logistical solutions to the Oil & Gas sector.▪ Maintain accounting, financial reporting / analytics, and financial control for commodity spending to ensure adequate records, ensure appropriate authorizations of transactions and safeguard assets.▪ Developing financial analytical report along with KPOs for all Materials and Logistic costs (Trucking and Rail). ▪ Budget and forecasting responsibilities for commodity spend, cost savings by supplier and material.▪ Review commodity quotes, pricing proposals / contracts to ensure data integrity as well as adherence to procedure.

▪ Assist in the process of developing transfer pricing policies, and implement as well as maintain intercompany agreements.▪ Prepare, analyze, and modify transfer pricing results on a quarterly basis, for both actual and forecasted results.▪ Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation and disclosures both within the US and globally for more than 30 foreign affiliates.▪ Development and implementation of Tax Planning.▪ Assist with other tax related activities, such as performing tax research and managing R&D credit process.

▪ Responsible for the overall financial management of ten Legal Entities and ensures that all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with the SLB policies and procedures. Make certain adherence to corporate ethical policies and internal controls. ▪ Responsible for monitoring the working capital by keeping DSO and Liquidity indicators at optimal levels. ▪ Works closely with Operations to ensure the business is conducted in compliance with the local accounting regulations and practices.▪ Coordinate the preparation and analytical review of management financial information relative to historical trends and forecasts. Maintain and facilitate relationships with appropriate external bodies and Agencies.
