The company is very active on the internet/mobile business constantly growing and developing. The issues I dealt with were mainly extra juridical (IP, copyright, business law) but I also took care of judicial proceedings which interested the company and its areas of business. My corporate role involved me in any corporate issue: such as privacy, corporate governance, data protection, piracy, labour law and so on.I have communicational skills allowing me to build up a very good network within my working environment (nationally and internationally) within the Company and outside. My role also covered Institutional Relationships (looking after legislative processes of interest too).

My activity was focused on extra judicial and corporate issues with the drafting of contracts having several contents, in particular IP and copyright. I used to be the Secretary of the Board of Directors and of the Shareholders’ Meetings. I used to be the legal responsible also for companies controlled by the Foundation. I also took care of Institutional Relationships vis à vis the Members of the Foundation.
