Directed a yearlong project to migrate program data tracking and reporting from Google Docs to Salesforce, facilitating a smooth transition and supporting team adaptation to the new workflow.

Led and executed high-impact research projects on topics including education, housing foreclosure, community development, food access, and socio-demographic indicators. Collected, analyzed, and reported both quantitative and qualitative data, presenting findings through comprehensive written reports, maps, and oral presentations; served as the primary contact for analytical and statistical expertise. Designed and produced maps and data visualizations utilizing ArcGIS, SPSS, Tableau, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.

Co-implemented preserve inspections, contributed to docent manual development and carried out a GIS tree mapping project. Conducted field work to monitor plant communities and worked with local residents to install a sustainable buffer zone demonstration garden. Assisted in development of the Openlands Lakeshore Preserve Master Plan.

Worked with research staff to create a local food production technical assistance workshop toolkit. Coordinated interviews with 50 regional planners and food producers. Conducted qualitative analysis of information to identify barriers to local food production. Presented research at a technical assistance workshop for regional planners and elected officials.

Supported MPC's Placemaking work through research on the economic development outcomes of placemaking projects. Developed reports and articles to identify tangible benefits of enhancing public spaces in effort to sustain and improve the local and regional economy,

Every Art, Every Child (EAEC)Worked as principal documenter and coordinator to create an arts-integration curriculum for classroom teachers nationwide. Contributed as an author and designer to the Every Art, Every Child Curriculum. Assisted in the facilitation of professional development workshops for CPS teachers and artists. Advocated for healthy communities by facilitating art workshops at urban youth farms in North Lawndale, Chicago and North Chicago, Waukegan. Taught students to showcase their farm work through mosaic, photography, and print-making.

Developed and implemented a pilot internship program for high school students at the Little Village Lawndale High School. Coordinated partnerships with 20+ local organizations to hire interns for a four-week program. Designed and conducted training workshops for high school interns.
