Audit employee evaluation framework, redesign and implement new performance system for over 10.000 employees;Implement various performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention (high potential assessment, employee promotion assessment, succession plan etc.);Organizational design- new job evaluation method.

➢ Responsible for leading the HR agenda, providing advice, and strategic HR support on all aspects of HR delivery – employee relations, compliance, talent development, engagement and people management activities➢ Being in charge with all the activities from previous position

➢ End to end recruitment - drafting job descriptions; sourcing from different channels, screening resumes, design of assessment centers (role play/business case etc.), coordinating the entire interview process, selection, sending offer letters, collecting all documents for signing the contract, follow up etc.;➢ Induction- design of onboarding and offboarding procedures, coordinating both processes;➢ Learning and development: identifying training needs, creating annual training plan for all employees, selection of training providers, set up of an internal training plan;➢ Performance appraisal- coordinating all the process, drafting bonus scheme;➢ Disciplinary actions- coordinating the hearing, drafting all the documents;➢ Employer branding actions- initiating relations with local schools, scholarships for students, internship programs;➢ Time management- Monitoring and analyzing timesheets, overtime;➢ Staff administration - both internal and in collaboration with external consultant on payroll and admin;➢ Conduct exit interviews;➢ Preparing of report packages for the shareholders;➢ Creating working procedures for all human resources areas.
