As a social anthropologist and cultural analyst, I am passionate about social organization, cultures, and mental health from a social perspective. Additionally, I am an IT and HR recruitment consultant and a managing member of the DEI Committee at Recluta Talenthunter, a company focused on the search and selection of specialized profiles for multinational companies. In this role, I apply my skills in assessment, gamification, sourcing, headhunting, interviews, and hiring, successfully meeting the needs of both clients and candidates. I have also participated in academic and social research projects, where I have created and applied research instruments, assisted in university lectures, written academic papers, and analyzed data and multi-institutional interventions.
